Our pricing is dependent on what type of event, day/night of the week, and all we provide for you. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Venue time, event set up/tear down, linens, use of A/V system, as well as a much longer list of services and amenities that we can provide as needed.

We can work with you to create a payment plan! Just know that we require a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Definitely! We also have a list of preferred vendors that we know you’ll love working with.

Yes, but you must bring your own alcohol and provide a licensed bartender, security, and event insurance. You can also hire a bar service which covers all of the above.

We only schedule one event at a time. A section of our building is used as office space, but you’ll only share the parking lot.

The use of sparklers is allowed in the outdoor areas.

Only trained service dogs are allowed at Tramway Plaza.
