  • Our pricing is dependent on what type of event, day/night of the week, and all we provide for you. Please contact us for a custom quote.

  • Venue time, event set up/tear down, linens, use of A/V system, as well as a much longer list of services and amenities that we can provide as needed.

  • We can work with you to create a payment plan! Just know that we require a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

  • Definitely! We also have a list of preferred vendors that we know you’ll love working with.

  • Yes, but you must bring your own alcohol and provide a licensed bartender, security, and event insurance. You can also hire a bar service which covers all of the above.

  • We only schedule one event at a time. A section of our building is used as office space, but you’ll only share the parking lot.

  • The use of sparklers is allowed in the outdoor areas.

  • Only trained service dogs are allowed at Tramway Plaza.
